Shipping

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California by USPS.

Processing time: Orders are packed and mailed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Backordered items: Astral Oils and the Herbal Parasite Cleanse can be ordered even when they're out of stock. If your order includes a backordered item, we'll email you with an estimated ship date and send it as soon as it's back in.

Shipping options and insurance: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going. Every domestic order ships insured, and we add extra coverage at our own expense when an order is worth more than the carrier's standard protection.

International orders: At checkout you can choose Priority Mail International, which is insured, or First Class Package International, which costs less but is not insured. Orders sent with the uninsured option cannot be replaced or refunded if they are lost or damaged in transit. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery estimates: Delivery times shown at checkout are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and customs can add time.

Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't recover packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
