Returns & Refunds

Books and Astral Oils: Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Supplements (Herbal Parasite Cleanse, Acidophilus & Bifidus): all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on supplements once they've shipped.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email christina@yogahub.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, including shipping, on any product, supplements included.

How to return an item: Email christina@yogahub.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the return.

Lost or damaged in transit: If an insured package is lost or damaged, we'll file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order. International orders shipped with the uninsured shipping tier can't be replaced or refunded if they're lost or damaged. We aren't responsible for packages the carrier has marked delivered, or for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

International orders: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and aren't refundable.
